1984 FLHP Honolulu Police Dept auction bike. It was used as a road test bike for rookies to train them in the pineapple and sugar cane fields doing pursuit maneuvers. It still had pieces of cane and pineapple leaves lodged under the fenders when I won her.
It took 2 years to build and all out of my garage. Paint was done in a pvc pipe frame plastic sheeting booth in the backyard. The paint job sucks but i’ll get a real one done some day. Now I know why paint jobs are so expensive. It’s fuckin hard to do. The bike is nick named for my wife, who is Scottish and full of patience dealing in with my obsessive bike hobby. Next project I got going is a 1938 UL motor mated to my shovel swingarm frame. Kind of Brat Style. I’ll keep you posted.
