1968 BSA Lightning project bike

Needs complete restoration.  Loosly mocked up for pictures. 

• Engine turns freely. 
• Correct twin carb head, more top end power. 
• More desirable smooth valve cover. 
• Transmission shifts thru all gears. 
• Good start to a restoration project. 
• Fibreglass BSA tank for that custom look. 

Needs to be shipped whole, I will not box up or crate.   Payment by paypal preferred. 

This is a project bike, don’t expect to be riding this bike shortly after purchase, needs complete restoration, but a mostly complete project. 

New parts are readily available for these bikes. 

Would make a perfect restoration, café racer or even chopper.  Local inspection is possible.   No title, bill of sale will be provided.
