Thank You

Where to begin… how about with awesome, wow and thank you. The show was a fantastic success and I am ecstatic with how everything turned out. I’m much too tired and run down at this particular moment to wax poetic on the day’s events, but I do want to take this moment for a long list of thank you’s that are in order:

First and foremost a big heartfelt thank you goes out to all my friends and family who helped me today, there is no way I could have pulled it off without you. So with deep gratitude I say thank you to my brothers Gino and Raff, to Bryan, Todd, Janelle, Sue and Glen Jalbert, Cousin Jim, John Freitas, John Vitri, Jason, Chris Nardi, Laney, Wild Bill, Justin, Bob, Rick R. and Dastardly Dave. Please forgive me if I forgot anyone, but I’m still running on 3 hours sleep and the brain ain’t working too well.

To all the vendors that came out today, a huge thank you is order. Two months ago these guys didn’t know me from a hole in the wall, but they took a chance on a first year event and for that I am grateful. An extra thank you goes out to all the vendors who donated items for the raffle.

To the Elks Club, all it’s staff and members who agreed to host a bunch of loud bikers with open arms and generous hospitality - thank you.

To Shy and Melanie - the Bikini Bikewash girls - these ladies did a great job today and I truly appreciate them making the long trek down to Peabody.

To Motorcycle Night, the MMA, Boston Biker, Beach Cruiser, all the guys that run the Topsfield Event and everyone else who has been helping me promote the event for the past two months.

To my amazing wife who has endured 2 solid months of motorcycle show talk, planning and ranting. She has supported this idea 100% and been there for me since the beginning. I don’t think I could sum up my love and gratitude into words (and I won’t subject you guys to all that mushy talk) but I couldn’t have done this without her unrelenting support.

Last, but certainly not least - to absolutely EVERYONE that came to the show today - THANK YOU. Without question, you guys made my day and I couldn’t have asked for a better crowd, you guys were awesome. You’ve put a huge smile on my face and keep me motivated and excited for future shows.

So, what’s in store next for Knucklebuster? Well in the immediate future I’m going to do something I haven’t done in far too long - ride and put some serious miles on my bike. I’ve been missing her, and she’s begging to have some miles put on her. I’ll be taking the rest of this week pretty easy, getting re-organized, relax a little bit for the first time in 2 months and then take a nice long 4 day weekend to enjoy some downtime with the wife.

After that, right back to work. So what’s in store? A bunch of website updates, getting the ball rolling on Knucklebuster Magazine, 2 new T-Shirt designs, updating the photo and video gallery with all the pics and footage from today, getting the forum going, more tech tips, interviews with builders and a whole bunch of other stuff. Things will be moving and updating around here consistently, so make sure you keep an eye out. Of course my brain is already working on plans for next year’s show - I’ll have a whole year to plan, so I’ll be shooting for bigger and better.

Once again guys, thank you for a truly awesome day - it was worth all the work and then some.
